Fıstıklı Baklava content: Granulated sugar, drinking water, wheat flour, plain oil, pistachios, wheat starch, eggs, table salt.
Slices: Average 26 – 28 pcs. for 1 Kg
Pistachio Baklava is prepared using an average of 40 layers of dough. In its content, green pistachios known as grizzly peanuts which are grown in Gaziantep region are used. Bake in a 160 degree oven for 45 minutes. With sugar boiled around 110 degrees, sherbet is added.
Shelf life is 15 days, provided that it is stored in a cool and dry place.
